WARRANTY
Please contact in all warranty cases or questions the shop
where you purchased the part. If it's a good shop, they'll help
you out directly. If they can't help contact us..
Our main concern is making sure that you the rider are fairly
dealt with and that we take all possible steps to resolve the
problem. We are not some uncaring corporate giant sending out
generic replies, we are riders. Therefore we and our dealers
handle any problems you might have as we ourselves would want
to have our problems handled. We have tried to avoid the use
of confusing 'small print' lawyer language, offering instead
a plain english version detailed in the FAQ below.
In the unlikely event that a problem with your quality strandgut
product. You should in the first instance speak with the shop/mail
order where you purchased the item. They should know how to
deal with the situation, and if not have the means to find out.
FAQ - Warranty
Have you got a lifetime warranty on your products?
Yes,
for everything , we offer a 9 day warranty for defect or wrong
send products.If you bougt them on less prices, we give no warranty.
All warranties are dealt with through the shop where you bought
the item. We are happy to talk with you about any questions
you have or if you just want to go over things with us but your
replacements will be usually sent out from wherever you are.
Mailorder purchases made abroad will need to be returned to
wherever you bought them and that country will handle any replacements.
I have spoken with the shop where i bought my product
and they said i should send the part to you direct?
This is not the case, and in the unlikely event that your local
shop does not know how to deal with warranties they can contact
the strandgut distributor direct and ask. A list of all dealers
and contact information is on this site under 'Dealers'. If
you still have no joy you may send the parcel to the distributor
direct, but be sure to contact them and us beforehand. Label
everything clearly and include all relevant information. In
sending your product you accept all risk for problems during
transit and should consider the issue of insurance carefully.
What infos do you need to ensure my warranty replacement
reaches me quickly?
We can only help you if you help us by including as much relevant
information about your strandgut product as possible. Emails
that look like this are as good as useless
"Send me a new shirt , mine crashed and the shop said you will
send me 1"
More helpful would be an email in actual English*, German*,
French or Spanish containing (as a minimum!) ...
... your name, your address, a contact number, what product
you have a problem with, what the problem is, where you bought
it and when and if you have already discussed the problem with
someone else...for example - which shop.
ONLY then can we start to sort the problem. You could also
go further and send us photos (this can really help) of the
problem and how it might have happened or when you first noticed
the problem. All these small things make our lives easier which
means we have more time to get on with sorting the problem.

I took my strandgut product to a shop for repairs and
they have damaged it, are you going to warranty it?
Sorry but that is outside of what we can and cannot do. At
best we could try and help you get replacement strandgut product
at a better price. It would be best if you think there's a problem
to get in touch beforehand.
You said that you would warranty my product, but do
i have to take the same product in exchange?
Not neccessarily. However it depends on whether the distributor
has the exchange product you want in stock. We/your dealer can
agree for example shirt exchanges.We will always try to work
something out with both yourself and the dealer/distributor.
FAQ - Final Comment
Strandgut clothes are always in good quality and we try to
to the best for a long life on our products.
